織田信長(Oda Nobunaga)-오다 노부나가

尾張国（現在の愛知県）の織田信秀の嫡男。家督争いの混乱を収めた後に、桶狭間の戦いで今川義元を討ち取り、勢力を拡大した。足利義昭を奉じて上洛し、後には義昭を追放することで、畿内を中心に独自の中央政権を確立して天下人となった。しかし天正10年6月2日（1582年6月21日）、重臣・明智光秀に謀反を起こされ、本能寺で自害した。

Nobuhide Oda’s son in Owari Province (now Aichi Prefecture). After the turmoil of his family struggle, he defeated Yoshimoto Imagawa in the Battle of Okehazama and expanded his power. He devoted himself to Yoshiaki Ashikaga and later exiled Yoshiaki, establishing his own central government centered on Kinai and becoming a world-renowned man. However, on June 2, 1582 (June 21, 1582), his chief vassal, Akechi Mitsuhide, rebelled and committed suicide at Honnoji Temple.

◇1546年(天文15年)に家督を継ぐ。(Take over the family)

◇1559年(永禄2年)に尾張国を支配下に収める。(Take control of Owari Province)

◇1560年(永禄3年)「桶狭間(おけはざま)の戦い」で今川義元を倒す。(Defeat Yoshimoto Imagawa)

今川義元の大軍約２万５千人を２千人程度の兵で田楽狭間に襲撃し、義元の首級を挙げました。「桶狭間(おけはざま)の戦い」　Imagawa Yoshimoto’s large army of about 25,000 people was attacked by about 2,000 soldiers in Dengaku-Hasama, and Yoshimoto was decapitated. “Battle of Okehazama”

◇1562年(永禄5年)に三河の松平元康（のちの徳川家康）と盟約を結ぶ。

Concluded an agreement with Motoyasu Matsudaira (later Ieyasu Tokugawa).

◇1575年(天正3年)、長篠の戦で甲斐の武田勝頼に勝利する。

Defeat Takeda Katsuyori of Kai in the Battle of Nagashino.

◇１５７６年（天正４年)、安土城を築城して移る。(Build Azuchi Castle and move.)

安土城は七層造り天守閣を持つ本格的な城郭で、その豪華さは人々を驚かせました。

◇１５８０年（天正８年）、抵抗していた石山本願寺が降伏して、畿内も平静になりました。

◇１５８２年（天正１０年）

1582年２月、甲斐の武田氏を滅ぼした後、同年５月、備中高松城(びっちゅうたかまつじょう・岡山県）を包囲して毛利勢と多々さ戦っていた秀吉から救援要請を受けて５月２９日、信長は安土城をたって上洛し本能寺に泊まりました。しかし、６月２日の未明、家臣の明智光秀(あけち みつひで)の襲撃を受けて自刃しました。

In February 1582, after defeating the Takeda clan in Kai Province, in May of the same year, Hideyoshi, who had besieged Bicchu Takamatsu Castle (Okayama Prefecture) and fought many battles with the Mori forces, requested assistance from Hideyoshi. On the 29th of the month, Nobunaga left Azuchi Castle and went to Kyoto and stayed at Honnoji Temple. However, in the early hours of June 2nd, he was attacked by his vassal Akechi Mitsuhide and killed himself.
